Architect

(M/W/D) ASAP

Join us and lead your own projects from start to finish.

Duties

– Client-oriented project management under supervision

– Control of all outsourced planning services such as: architecture, interior design, kitchen planning, building technology planning, etc.

– Independent review of tender documents, analysis of price tables, participation in procurement negotiations and processing of contracts

– In the field of FF&E: coordination of in-house purchasing, preparation of tender documents and price tables, elaboration of procurement proposals, management of procurement negotiations.

Profile

– Successfully completed architecture studies

– At least five years of professional experience in the field of architecture

– Fluency in English and proficiency in German (Czech language is a plus)

– Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office – Love for design

– Commitment, loyalty & ability to work in a team

– Social skills and a high level of self-motivation

– Willingness to travel
